Can I buy a home if I have bad credit?
One of the most common questions that get is “Dan, I had a bad credit, can I still buy a home?
The answer to that is, “well, maybe”. The odds are, you may have bad credit and it really sort of depends on how bad it is and sometimes you may have to be able to repair it. Now, if that’s the case, I have a really great resource, a gentleman named Jonas Mitchell, who’s local area is in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
He owns a company named Scribble, and what Scribble does is they help home buyers to prepare themselves to be able to get the right credit to purchase a home.
Now, there are some programs out there, that you may not need to go to any service like Scribble.
